From industrial water to cellular water

Watch Water GmbH has spent decades solving the unglamorous problems of water: limescale destroying heat exchangers, chloramine that ordinary carbon cannot handle, heavy metals in municipal supply, iron and manganese in well water. That work produced a family of engineered media — catalytic carbons, nucleation-assisted crystallisation and redox-active chemistries — used by engineers who cannot afford guesswork.

LonGeVa began with a different question. Not "how do we make this water safe for the pipe?" but "what should this water be for the person drinking it every day for the next forty years?" That question rules out the two dominant answers. Softening trades hardness for sodium. Reverse osmosis strips minerals the body cannot easily replace.

So we built the opposite: a single premixed media bed that removes the load — chlorine, chloramine, organics, micropollutants, heavy metals — prevents scale by transforming hardness rather than exchanging it, lowers oxidative potential, and leaves calcium and magnesium exactly where they were. That media is LonGeVa Media. Housed in a vessel it becomes the LonGeVa Filter. What comes out of the tap is LonGeVa Water. Applied through the skin it is LonGeVa Bath.

Everything is developed and manufactured in Mannheim. Media is premixed at the factory so that performance does not depend on who installed it. And we hold ourselves to a simple editorial rule: if a statement cannot be traced to water chemistry or established physiology, it does not appear on this site.
