LonGeVa Bath

The same mineral science,
absorbed through skin.

Drinking water is one route into the body. Bathing is another. LonGeVa Bath brings magnesium-rich mineral chemistry to twenty minutes of warm water — for the skin barrier, for muscles, and for the wind-down before sleep.

Why bathe in minerals

Six reasons LonGeVa Bath belongs in a longevity routine

Magnesium through the skin

A warm mineral bath is one of the most pleasant ways to give the body magnesium — the mineral behind muscle relaxation and hundreds of enzymatic reactions.

Barrier support

Formulated for dry, tight and itchy skin, supporting the barrier rather than stripping it the way hard, chlorinated water can.

Comfort for sensitive skin

Free from harsh surfactants and synthetic fragrance loads, so it suits skin that reacts to conventional bath products.

Antimicrobial mineral action

The mineral chemistry keeps bath water hygienically pleasant without chlorine or biocidal additives.

Recovery ritual

Twenty minutes after training or a long day: warmth, magnesium and a parasympathetic shift before sleep.

25 baths per pack

Dosed sachets keep every bath consistent — no guesswork, no measuring, no residue in the tub.

Skin as an interface

Twenty minutes of contact is not a rinse

A bath holds warm water against the outermost cell layers for a sustained period. That is why the composition of bathing water is discussed differently from a quick shower.

The stratum corneum is a lipid-rich barrier. Hard, chlorinated water is associated with a tighter, drier feel after bathing because it works against that lipid layer and the natural moisturising factors held within it.

Warmth increases skin hydration and softens the barrier, which is the practical reason mineral bathing is done warm rather than hot or cold.

LonGeVa Bath is formulated around magnesium-rich mineral chemistry with no harsh surfactants and no synthetic fragrance load, so the water stays comfortable for skin that reacts easily.

Barrier, side by side

A compromised barrier and a hydrated one

Illustrative cross-sections of the same tissue in two states: a depleted, fissured barrier that loses water quickly, and a mineral-hydrated barrier with its lipid layers intact.

Depleted barrier

Tight, flaking, reactive: lipid layers separated, cell edges lifted and water escaping through the gaps. This is the state people describe after bathing in hard, chlorinated water.

Mineral-hydrated barrier

Smooth, plump, sealed: cell layers sitting flat with water held between them. The comfortable, supple feel reported after a warm magnesium mineral bath.

Skin, side by side

How dry, reactive skin looks — and how comfortable skin looks

Two reference photographs of the same area of skin: a dry, rough, reddened forearm and a calm, evenly hydrated one. Shown to illustrate the difference in skin comfort people describe, not as a clinical result.

Dry, rough, reactive

Flaking texture, visible redness and fine cracking — the tight, itchy feeling often reported after bathing in hard, chlorinated water.

Calm, smooth, comfortable

Even tone and a supple surface — the settled, softer feel people describe after a regular warm magnesium mineral bathing routine.

The cross-sections are illustrative scientific visualisations and the skin photographs are reference images for illustration only — not photographs of patients or clinical results. How to use

A twenty-minute protocol

01

Fill

Run a warm bath at a comfortable body temperature — around 37 °C is ideal for a long soak.

02

Dose

Add one LonGeVa Bath sachet and stir briefly until fully dissolved.

03

Soak

Immerse for 15–20 minutes. Breathe slowly; this is the parasympathetic part of the day.

04

Finish

Rinse lightly if you prefer, pat dry rather than rubbing, and moisturise while the skin is still warm.

Good to know

In spas and treatment rooms

One mineral philosophy from the plant room to the tub

Facilities that install a LonGeVa Filter treat the water that fills the bath, then dose LonGeVa Bath into it. The protocol and the plumbing agree with each other.
