What exactly is LonGeVa?

LonGeVa is the longevity product series of Watch Water GmbH. LonGeVa Media is the invention at its centre; the LonGeVa Filter houses that media; LonGeVa Water is what the filter produces; and LonGeVa Bath applies the same mineral thinking through the skin.

Does LonGeVa remove the minerals from my water?

No — and that is the central design decision. Calcium and magnesium remain dissolved and bioavailable. LonGeVa removes contaminants and oxidative load while transforming hardness into non-adhering microcrystals, rather than stripping the water of everything.

How can it prevent limescale without salt?

Accepted Answer

Through nucleation assisted crystallisation. Hardness ions are converted at active sites into stable calcium carbonate microcrystals that no longer bond to pipes, elements or heat exchangers. There is no ion exchange, so there is no salt, no regeneration and no brine.

Does it need electricity or a drain connection?

Neither. The media works on contact chemistry, so there is no pump, no controller and no reject stream. Installation is plumbing only.

How is this different from reverse osmosis?

Reverse osmosis is excellent at removal but demineralises the water, sends a share of the feed to drain, and does nothing about scale in the rest of the building. LonGeVa removes the load while keeping the minerals and protecting the whole property.

Multi-year service life under typical residential loading. Because life is governed by throughput and feed water quality rather than a fixed cartridge interval, we set the replacement point when we size your system.

Where is the filter installed?

Usually at the point of entry, so every tap, shower and appliance benefits. A point-of-use version is available where whole-home installation is not practical, for example in rented apartments.

Is LonGeVa Water safe for children, pets and plants?

Yes. It is ordinary drinking water with contaminants and oxidative load reduced and minerals intact. Unlike softened water, no sodium is added, which makes it a better choice for irrigation and for anyone monitoring sodium intake.

It turns a warm bath into a magnesium-rich mineral soak that supports the skin barrier and is popular for dry, itchy skin and post-training recovery. One sachet per bath, twenty minutes, 25 baths per pack.
